Abrasive Technology merchandise returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- If Abrasive Technology makes an error* in a customer order, we will correct our error and make it right.
- Salable* stock products may be returned to Abrasive Technology within 180 days from the date of invoice for a restocking fee of 15% of invoiced amount.
In order to determine if products are resalable, we need to inspect them. Contact one of our Customer Service Team Members for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
To expedite the process, please have the following information ready for them:
a. Date of purchase
b. Product description
c. Invoice reference # or purchase order #
d. Reason for the return
- Non-stock products (special makes) are not returnable.
- Product return requests for performance reasons will be considered provided the product is returned within 90 days from time of purchase. Contact one of our Customer Service Team Members for more information on this process.
- Shipping charges for authorized returns are prepaid by customer.

If the product was purchased through a distributor, the return and/or credit must be coordinated through the distributor.
